No this is not a vampire flick, it is the new bread of ritualist billionaires as told by Arinze Ezeanyaeche, the same person that brought us Final Money and End Of Money. Fortunately, Desperate Billionaire does not start to reprise the tale of a poor man seeking help and going for rituals, this time, we are introduced to an already very successful billionaire who gets more powerful when he sleeps with women. The idea is that he sucks into their fortune with his fangs and gets stronger and richer. What Desperate Billionaire scores big with is the whole wealthy extravaganza and how unfortunately sickening Bimbo's character grows to look after she is bitten by the billionaire (Kanayo O. Kanayo). Where Desperate Billionaire goes terribly wrong is with its soundtrack (constant bell ringing that pierces into the ears) and its ambition to fit into two parts, but that aside, Desperate Billionaire is pretty successful.
